Trenton “Trent” Postell is an entrepreneur, executive leader, speaker, and leadership developer committed to helping leaders build organizations, families, and communities that thrive with excellence and purpose.

Trent is the Founder of Leading Legacy, a leadership speaking and development company dedicated to equipping leaders to understand that leadership always leaves footprints. Through keynotes, leadership trainings, and executive development sessions, Leading Legacy challenges leaders to lead with responsibility, build systems that outlast them, and develop people who can carry vision forward with excellence.

Trent is also the CEO and Co-Owner, alongside his wife Star Postell, of Impact Learning Center, a network of early childhood education centers serving more than 500 children and families across Northeast Florida. The schools are accredited and hold the distinguished Gold Seal designation from the Florida Department of Children and Families. Through this work, Trent has spent over a decade shaping educational environments that influence both students and the professionals who lead them.

He is also the Founder and CEO of Impact Legacy Group LLC, a business development and investment company focused on entrepreneurship, leadership development, and strategic business growth. Through Impact Legacy Group, Trent operates multiple franchise businesses including V Pizza in Lake Buena Vista and several Scenthound locations across Central Florida.

Trent is a sought after speaker who brings practical insight from real world executive leadership, entrepreneurship, ministry leadership, financial literacy, educational leadership, and family dynamics. Trent and his wife Star have five children, three of whom were kin adopted, and all of their children are now adults. As empty nesters, they remain passionate about investing in leaders, families, and communities while continuing to build businesses and initiatives that create generational impact.
