About The Author

Jerry Howard is an executive mentor, speaker, and author, and the founder and principal of Executive Corps ® . A United States Marine Corps veteran, he spent his executive career in hospital administration — running profit centers where disciplined operations and high-stakes decisions separated thriving from failing.

He is also an entrepreneur in his own right, having built and scaled a company of his own from six to seven figures in revenue.

Today he equips and mentors founder-led companies to scale and endure under pressure, aligning leadership, structure, and execution. He holds an MBA and is a doctoral candidate in industrial- organizational psychology, bringing behavioral science to bear on how leaders actually decide.

His book, Faith-Driven Leadership: God’s Blueprint for World-Class Business, makes the practical case that faith and world-class business aren’t at odds — they’re inseparable.

Married for nearly 25 years and a father of four, Jerry is happiest growing with Jesus, with his family, or occasionally wrinkling pavement on his Harley.
