The Christian Executive Council (CEC) exists to sharpen, sanctify, and spiritually strengthen top-tier leaders who strive to permeate their organization’s culture with Christian outlooks and values.
Under the guidance of thought leader Dr. Mike Armour and with the marketing muscle of the C-Suite for Christ movement, the Council aspires to become a global epicenter for visionary leadership on the part of Christian executives.
We are CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, CMOs, Founders, and high-impact decision-makers from every corner of the marketplace—and from around the world—united in a singular mission: to glorify God in our leadership and advance His Kingdom through our influence.
This includes, we believe, using our position and influence to shape our corporate culture so that it is supportive of core Christian values and attitudes.
To this end, the Council meets virtually twelve times a year in a mastermind format. These meetings, examine best practices for fostering a corporate climate where Christian outlooks and principles are fully embraced and where workers can speak openly of their faith.
In a world that often elevates status over service and profit over principle, we stand as a countercultural movement of Christ-centered leaders. We believe that success without surrender to Christ is hollow—and that the highest form of leadership is rooted in humility, wisdom, courage, and faith.
We also believe that Christian values embedded in a corporate culture provide a catalyst for greater innovation, engagement, and productivity, thereby enhancing performance.
Our Mission
To encourage, equip, and challenge one another to lead with Christlike excellence in every setting, but especially in our role as executives who promote Christian values and attitudes in all facets of our organization.
Who We Are
We are more than executives—we are disciples. Each of us carries significant responsibility, but we also carry a deep conviction: that our position is a platform for something greater than ourselves.
CEC is not a networking group. It is not a Christian spin on corporate leadership. It is a brotherhood and sisterhood of spiritually grounded leaders who are serious about becoming the men and women God designed us to be—in business, in our homes, and in every area of life.
We gather not to compare resumes, but to sharpen each other, ask hard questions, and pursue spiritual and professional transformation together.
What We Do
Monthly Meetings
We meet by video conference on a set schedule to advance the mission of the Council. Against a spiritual backdrop of devotion and prayer, these meetings orchestrate around presentations to build expertise, facilitated discussions, breakouts, feedback opportunities, and accountability sessions.
Strategic Gatherings & Global Retreats
We create sacred space for reflection, worship, teaching, and bold conversation among high-level peers. These are not business conferences—they are encounters with God and one another that reset our vision and realign our priorities.
Peer-to-Peer Accountability
We ask the hard questions:
- Is your leadership style honoring Christ?
- How are you leading your family?
- Are you building your kingdom—or God’s?
Through honest dialogue and intentional relationships, we hold each other to the high calling of Christ.
Mentorship & Discipleship
Seasoned executives walk alongside rising leaders, offering both spiritual and practical wisdom. We believe leadership is stewardship, and we invest in the next generation with eternity in mind.
Kingdom-Focused Collaboration
CEC members partner on initiatives that reflect biblical values in business, justice, philanthropy, education, and innovation. When our influence is united, we can shape culture for God’s glory.
Spiritual Support & Prayer
Leadership can be lonely—but not here. CEC is a place where executive leaders pray for one another, speak truth in love, and lift each other up when the weight of responsibility gets heavy.

The Christian Executive Council exists to ensure that no leader must walk this road alone.
