A seasoned marketing communications professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and 25 years’ experience in agency growth, business development, client management, and strategic programming, Toni has supported clients small and large, including Fortune 40, 100 and 500 companies. Toni employed her professional experience in academia while securing her doctorate in education leadership, teaching graduate and undergraduate communications courses in universities throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area over the past decade. Not least, with a specialization in Christian communication informed by a lifetime of Biblical study and church service leading women’s ministries, Bible studies and small groups, Toni’s work and presentations radiate faith in God to glorify Jesus Christ and build up the Church in love.

With experience across a range of industries, Toni has introduced new companies, launched new products and announced new divisions, managed multi-national programs and campaigns, trained and counseled senior executives, and guided clients through emerging issues and crises employing integrated marketing communications strategies, including advertising, public relations, and direct marketing with traditional, digital and social media.

She has worked with such companies as Pepsi-Cola, Eastman Kodak, Miss America Organization, Pizza Hut, Exide, and Arm & Hammer. And, for more than a decade, Toni supported clients in the pharmaceutical and broader healthcare industry, including AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cephalon, GlaxoSmithKline, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson’s Centocor, McKesson, Procter & Gamble, and Watson Pharmaceuticals among others. In the nonprofit arena, Toni worked with more than 50 different medical professional societies and patient advocacy groups, including the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association. Currently, she consults with several Christian agencies and has written newsletters, blogs and other communications for churches.

In addition to supporting The Fahr Group (a Christian executive search firm) in the capacity of chief marketing officer, her agency tenure includes work with some of New York’s and Philadelphia’s top firms, such as Ketchum Public Relations Worldwide and Edelman Public Relations.

In the service of Christ, Toni has run women’s ministries, planned and executed church events (Fashion Share, reaching 300+ women and children; Fall Festival reaching hundreds of community members), served in outreaches, taught Bible studies, ministered on prayer teams, mentored young adults, volunteered in soup kitchens, participated in street evangelism and written various Christian articles, blogs and newsletters.
