Office Pride operates 155 franchise locations across 28 states and has earned multiple accolades, including a place in the Franchise Business Review Hall of Fame™ for franchisee satisfaction. Todd’s leadership was recognized in 2022 with the BSCAI Industry Leadership Award.

An international best-selling author, Todd has written or co-authored five books, including The Janitor (published in 10 languages with over 600,000 copies sold) and The Stress Less Business Owner. His most recent work, Stop Using the “B” Word, offers strategies for overcoming distractions and maximizing productivity.

Todd holds a business degree from the University of Memphis, an MBA from Butler University, and is a graduate of the M.I.T. Birthing of Giants Executive Entrepreneurship Program. Todd lives in Palm Harbor, FL, with his wife, Michelle, and their three sons.
