Shari Jo Watkins is an international speaker, author, mindset & leadership coach with over 35 years of leadership experience within large and small corporate environments, including both for profit and nonprofit arenas.

Shari Jo is the founder of Elite Pro Coaching and Bold Brave Me, a 501c3 organization, and brings 32 years of corporate leadership experience. She has multiple graduate and post graduate degrees and certifications plus a Doctorate in Divinity.

From a very early age, she had an insatiable quest for knowledge and an even bigger desire to share that knowledge. So much, in fact, that she spent most of my early years grounded for things like talks too much, distracts other children, cannot sit still, and works ahead of the class. For many years, she believed that there was something horribly wrong with her because she couldn’t be “normal” and behave like the other kids. She had no idea that all those things were of gifts from God designed to make her amazing. She just knew she was different.

She also learned that it was not ok to be different. That began a 30-year lie that she told herself and as a result almost fell prey to one of the biggest tragedies of all time. It’s becoming average accidentally on purpose. We don’t even know it’s happening.

Shari Jo’s experience in leadership, executive, and personal development allows her to help organizations create excitement, increase engagement, and energize an audience of any size or type. Bringing tons of practical experience with her, she will cut right to the chase, inspire action, and provide tools and simple solutions to challenges we all face in the workplace and in our everyday lives.

When asked, Shari Jo said, “God has plans for all of us. We are born amazing and start becoming less day by day as we try to fit into our “professional Boxes”. It’s just not ok. As Christians, we are made for so much more.”

As a human, a coach, a speaker, a professional, a leader, a trainer and most recently, a cancer survivor, Shari Jo wears many labels. In all things however, she is first a Christian. On fire. Out loud. Unapologetically.
