As a young college graduate, Randall Haug was ready to start a career and build his network, opportunities, and wealth. He got his first job in corporate America, and a few years later knew something was off. Just seven years into his journey in the working world, Randall had the idea for “It’s Not About Me,” his first published book that details a different lens to view working in corporate America.

Randall now speaks to groups about subtle shifts in one’s mindset to help the man or woman who feels trapped in their job. There IS a way out‚ but sometimes “out” just looks like a change in perspective.

Randall lives in Ward, Arkansas with his wife, Katlyn. And their two children, Noah and Audrey.
