Now a retired pastor with over 35 years of ministry and church planting experience, Mark has spent his life preaching the gospel, developing leaders, and guiding people through some of their darkest seasons with truth and tenderness. He is the founder of AVLP Solutions (Add Value, Love People), a coaching and speaking platform that helps individuals move from spiritual fog to biblical clarity.
