From the ground up, Karl built an award-winning marketing firm that generated over $100 million for its customers. At age 32, he decided to sell the company to transition into coaching. Over the last ten years, he has moved into the top 4% of business coaches in the world.

Over the past ten years of coaching, Karl has guided business owners through over 10,000+ coaching sessions. He has a heart for mentoring Kingdom-minded business owners, eliminating issues that leave many owners feeling trapped and alone. Karl creates sustainable 2x growth through his business operating system that creates control and massive growth in a business.

Over the past 5 years, Karl has been transitioning into a new season of coaching the coaches to expand his impact. He is growing a team of 127 coaches with two key goals:
Coaches who teach business owners how to live out their Kingdom calling while building a high-performing successful business. Impacting over 1,000 business owners.
Teaching his coaches how to build their own successful 6-digit coaching practice.

Karl’s duplicatable business operating system, curriculum, and profit acceleration software gives Kingdom coaches the ability to make 6-digits in less than 10 hours a week. Karl’s heart is to create coaching revenue streams for missionaries, pastors, business owners and people who have a vision for God’s Kingdom.

As an author, Karl has written a 300 page business operating system for business owners and coaches to use on their business. Karl speaks on stages around the world teaching entrepreneurs and coaches these principles. He is currently writing his next book which will be focused on helping Kingdom minded business owners move from success to significance.

As a serial entrepreneur with many business ventures, Karl founded a company that provides jobs to the faith community in the Philippines. His company is called Virtual Assistants Company and currently employs 7 people in the Philippines.

On a personal level, Karl’s walk with his Heavenly Father is his top priority. Karl’s life mission is to bring church to the workplace so that people can experience Christ’s love. You will often find him offering to pray for people in public spaces. Karl’s pride and joy in life is his lovely wife, Jillian, his four amazing children, and his grandson. He is an avid classical pianist and worship leader.
