The Conflict Cycle teaches how embracing conflict is not only key to achieving unity but also to driving impact and excellence within organizations. True unity is built when teams confront disconnects, ensuring that behaviors align with shared values and vision. This approach fosters a culture where leaders can operate with integrity and purpose, leading to greater organizational impact and success. For C-Suite for Christ, this message aligns with the goal of helping Christian executives lead their businesses in a way that reflects Christ’s values, creating high-performing teams that are unified in mission and committed to excellence.
