Before launching Leadwell, Jon built a successful career in business, most recently as Vice President of Innovation and Operations at a $140 million non-profit, where he led over 1,100 people across 12 areas of business and partnered with industry leaders such as Apple, Nike, MD Anderson, and the Y of the USA.

Jon is also a speaker, author, and adjunct professor at the Thompson Institute for Leadership at Concordia University. Known for his engaging style and practical applications, he connects effortlessly with audiences across industries, generations, and backgrounds.
