God-made, not self-made! Throughout Carson’s life, he hears a voice speak to him from time to time. Sometimes louder, sometimes softer. As God developed Carson, he recognized the source, but it took years to gain that knowledge. Proverbs 16:3 “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” From early in life as a student and an athlete at the college level, setbacks and successes were laid across his path.

Carson’s life and career successfully grows, not in linear fashion, but trending positively. His lifelong partnership with Sandy continues to strengthen as their sons and families traverse the journey of God’s plan. His corporate career enabled Carson to lead some of the largest and most complex pharmaceutical and biotech operations in the US and Europe through transformations of performance. Enabling Carson to participate in the supply of many life changing and saving drugs. Upon retiring from corporate employment, Carson published his first book, Bosses Are Hired…Leadership Is Earned, which spent weeks atop Amazon’s bestsellers list for business leadership. Carson now coaches executives, is a member of a Kairos prison ministry, tends to his tree farm, spends time with family, and enjoys playing golf.
