Jeff Lackey is a seasoned Talent Executive, Analyst, Speaker, and Podcast Host. Currently the CEO and Founder of JKL Advisors, and former Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CVS Health, Jeff has a rich background in human resources leadership. His experience spans global team leadership in eight industries across 70 countries, with his teams having hired over one million people.

His expertise lies in business growth and operational results, contributing to substantial company expansions. He has been instrumental in helping companies scale, evidenced by his strategic involvement in significant revenue increases. His focus is on enhancing corporate growth through effective talent acquisition strategies and fostering a technology-driven, people first culture.
