Rodney Agan has spent over 35 years leading growing organizations and non-profits and has been a leader of leaders. He has been married to his wife, Paula, since 1985 and they have two married children and two awesome grandchildren (his favorite).

Dr. Agan holds a Ph.D. in Communications and several professional certifications and recognition’s. He is the Founder/CEO of Connexus Group a “Business Success Agency” specializing in the disciplines of Executive Coaching, Corporate Culture-Shaping, and Leadership Development. Connexus Group utilizes proprietary systems, processes, and offers a unique experience to develop executive leaders, high-performing teams, and organizations. They work with clients across many different industries.

Dr. Agan is a dynamic Keynote Speaker and has facilitated leadership training and coaching in many states across the US. He has also trained leaders internationally in a dozen countries. He has a passion to replicate servant model leadership internationally.
