• 2014 – 2019 Founding President/CEO Hoffmann Group USA (started the US subsidiary of German-based Hoffmann Group, a $1.5 billion company based in Munich. Metalworking tools, hand tools, PPE, precision gages, industrial cabinets. Grew sales from $1 million to $11 million)
