About Bruce Sheridan
Bruce Sheridan is the founder of Life Compass, a nonprofit helping young adults (ages 18–28) gain clarity and purpose. Through coaching and small groups, Life Compass equips young adults to build a personalized Life Compass®, a practical three-year plan focused on relationships, faith, career, finances, and life decisions. Bruce brings over 35 years of experience in business leadership, from launching multiple companies to working with executive teams as an EOS Implementer. Today, he applies those same principles of clarity, accountability, and intentional planning to help the next generation build meaningful, well-directed lives.
