About Andrew Moser

Andrew Moser is the Regional Director of Development for Ethnos360, a missions organization driven by a vision of a thriving church for every people. Andrew began with Ethnos360 (formerly New Tribes Mission) in August 2023, and is tasked with stewarding and developing donor relationships across Wisconsin and the upper Midwest. Andrew’s primary focus is Ethnos360 Bible Institute in Waukesha, WI, a Bible school that is preparing students for life and missions.

Prior to joining Ethnos360, Andrew spent four years as Director of Corporate Relations in Wisconsin for the American Cancer Society, leading their statewide corporate engagement strategy and building mutually beneficial partnerships with Wisconsin-based companies in the fight against cancer. Andrew was instrumental in pioneering the Wisconsin chapter of CEOs Against Cancer, which began in 2021 and now counts 19 of Wisconsin’s leading executives as members.

Before the American Cancer Society, Andrew spent five years directing hunger relief programs in Pennsylvania and across the Northeast for Rise Against Hunger. During that time, he spoke to groups large and small – from a handful of folks in a church basement to 6,000 leaders at a district conference – casting a vision of a world without hunger and the role they could play in that mission.

Andrew and his wife Heather moved to Wisconsin in 2019, and have put down roots in the Milwaukee area. They have a 3-year-old golden retriever, a 2-year-old daughter, and a second daughter on the way. Andrew and Heather are members of Epikos Church, where they serve together by leading a small group in their home. Andrew also serves as a pianist on the worship team and is a contributor to the church’s Bible study discussion guides.

Andrew received a master’s degree in sport administration from Canisius College in his hometown of Buffalo, NY in 2014 and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame in 2012. He is a pastor’s son and the second of seven children, and is passionate about encouraging other believers to wholeheartedly pursue God’s plan for their lives.
