Pastor, Athletic Coach, and Senior Recruiting Manager for Crown Equipment Corporation
Herb Ford is a pastor, business professional, and athletic coach that is passionate about impacting families and businesses.
As a high school athlete at Beecher High School (Flint, MI) he helped his team win three MHSAA State Championships, was an All-State sprinter and received a track and field scholarship to the University of Toledo (UT). At UT he was a conference finalist each year and since then, as a coach he has trained several high school students to All-Ohio and All-American status.
After graduating from college, he began working in outside business to business sales, sales, and sales leadership but eventually moved over into non-profit business development. For nearly two decades Herb served full time as the Administrative Pastor at Cornerstone Church-Lima Campus in Lima, Ohio a successful multi-cultural kingdom-driven church. At Cornerstone his responsibilities included oversight of over 300 volunteers and 20 ministry departments, the Heir Force Academy Daycare, Shunem Enterprises, special events and growing a thriving youth ministry to nearly 200 students. In addition he has ministered through throughout the U.S., Ukraine, Latvia, Brazil, the Bahamas and Jamaica.
As a business professional he has worked in the office systems, pharmaceutical and medical diagnostic fields. In his sales director role, he provided multi-state oversight for new business development and account management. He is currently the Senior Recruiting Manager for Crown Equipment Corporation.
Herb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Services from the University of Toledo, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies, and a Master of Divinity both from Liberty University. He has authored two children’s books and is the CEO of The Ford Legacy Investment Company LLC. He and his wife Melissa reside in the Fort Wayne, IN area with their two children Christian and Nadia.
