Your Role as a Leader in Your Family
It is within the structure of the family unit that we begin to learn strategies and principles that govern good leadership. Respect, honor, care, advocacy, support, love, and character are developed from a young age and often carry over into adulthood and the marketplace. A good follower ultimately becomes a good leader. As we observe and listen during our upbringing, it translates into meaningful and effective practices that motivate, encourage, and inspire others.
