Kavon Frazier is a former NFL player, entrepreneur, speaker, and man of faith dedicated to helping people reach their full potential in every area of life. After a six-year NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, and Las Vegas Raiders, Kavon transitioned from professional sports into business, leadership, and ministry with a passion for creating lasting impact beyond the game.

A graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Child Development with a minor in Sports Management in just three and a half years, Kavon is also completing his MBA. Raised by a devoted single mother who courageously battled Multiple Sclerosis until her passing, Kavon learned resilience, perseverance, and the importance of faith from an early age. Although he had known Christ throughout his life, a complete surrender to God in 2023 transformed his perspective and continues to guide every decision he makes. His faith is now the foundation of his leadership, his businesses, his family, and his mission to serve others.

Today, Kavon is the founder and CEO of Built 4 It Athletics and is leading the development of innovative technology platforms designed to transform athletic performance, healthcare, coaching, and youth development. His vision extends beyond building successful companies. He is committed to creating organizations that empower people, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting legacy through innovation, integrity, and servant leadership.
