Born into generational dysfunction, Justin Pickens was never supposed to make it. Statistically, his story should have ended in addiction, incarceration, or worse. But by the grace of God and through the faithful influence of his parents, coaches, and teachers, Justin defied the odds and began a new legacy.
He went on to spend 13 years impacting lives as a teacher and coach, before chasing professional success in business and leadership roles outside education. But in the pursuit of status and financial gain, Justin found himself spiritually restless. A moment of clarity reminded him where his true calling was…helping others break cycles and build futures through purpose, faith, and service.
