Lisa Marie Platske left her life as a Federal law enforcement officer after 9/11 to become the CEO of the international leadership development company, Upside Thinking, Inc.

An award-winning leadership and human behavior expert recognized by the White House and the United States Small Business Administration, Lisa Marie has coached or trained over 100,000 leaders on topics of transparency in leadership, executive presence, and team management since opening Upside Thinking in 2005.

She earned her college degree in Criminal Justice, her Master’s degree in Human Resources Training and Development, a leadership certification, and wrote a thesis on formal and informal mentoring.

Lisa Marie is also an international #1 best-selling author in 5 countries, has written or co-authored 7 books, and is a regular contributor to Forbes.com.

As a certified master coach, she works with business leaders around the globe and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
