Michael Wozniak currently leads his own Leadership Coaching business helping Owners and C-Level executives be their best in leading themselves, their team, and business by customizing result-focused growth sessions. Michael offers 1:1 coaching sessions and group coaching under a faith-based umbrella called Business Faith Groups. As a seasoned global executive, he believes the marketplace is the heartbeat of every city and nation. Disciple the people in the marketplace and you will have discipled a nation. Prior, Michael was the 3rd employee hired in the International division of the National Basketball Association around the 1992 Dream Team and launched the NBA brand and office in Japan. Later, Michael served in sports ministry helping launch KidsGames scaling it to over 150 countries reaching millions of children annually.

Michael and his wife Beth have been married for 30 years and have four adult children and a daughter-in-law. He also currently serves as an elder at his church Crossroads Bible in Grand Rapids, MI.
