For over 20 years, Jo Umberger has helped clients improve in critical areas of business through strategizing, training and coaching primarily in these areas: leadership, leader and employee engagement, the People Side of Business, productivity, planning, communications, and teamwork. She is Founder and President of Umberger Development Partners, Inc.

Her clientele represents the gamut from Fortune 500 companies to Main Street businesses across the United States, and she has worked with organizations in Europe, Australia, and Mexico. Jo has served clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, finance, real estate, broadcasting, legal, healthcare, and non-profit organizations. She has provided coaching and training for leaders in various sized organizations from global leaders of functional teams in manufacturing to independent bank presidents.

Jo has presented at several local, regional and national conferences and was the closing speaker for an annual conference for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. She is a contributing author to two books, Nuts & Bolts: Business Edition (2007) and Best of the Best (2008).
