After serving 19 years as Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church Gulf Breeze, Dr. Jeff Spooneybarger transitioned to start two new adventures: First Priority Men and Ordinary Giants Leadership Group. The vision of First Priority Men is to raise up an army of one million men whose first priority is the Glory of God in every area of their life. Ordinary Giants Leadership Group exists to help leaders with relational intelligence. As a certified guide with GIANT Worldwide, Jeff facilitates executive coaching, keynote speaking, workshops, and a variety of other coaching formats to help leaders build the necessary skills to lead well in a digital age.

Jeff is married to his high school sweetheart and together they have three adult children. Jeff also serves as a chaplain for the Gulf Breeze Hospital, GBFD, and the Santa Rosa County Fire Service and is active as a certified Volunteer Firefighter.
