Caitlin Young Ramirez is the Founder of White Dove Outpouring, a prophetic and evangelical ministry birthed through Caitlin by the Holy Spirit in September 2022, just two months after receiving the baptism with the Holy Spirit. That day marked her life forever as the Lord called her to start a ministry. She yielded and surrendered her life as she knew it to walk in her calling, and says she has been living in the supernatural ever since.

Caitlin is a wife and mother of two young boys; she says her family is her first ministry. The Lord has called Caitlin to unite the body of Christ by being a bridge between denominations, and see believers walk in the fullness and freedom of the Holy Spirit. The desires of her heart are to fulfill the Great Commission Jesus gives to His disciples; heal the sick, set the captives free, and preach the Word of God in boldness and in love.

Caitlin holds a BA and MA in History, is a former History Professor and VP of a Construction company. She now sees how the Lord was building her up in the corporate world and then slowly pulled her out to live fully for Him, surrendering it all, her former life as she knew it, to create something big and beautiful, for His good purposes.
