As the Vice President of the Equipment Finance division at First Citizens Bank, one of the top six equipment finance companies in the United States, Ben has consistently delivered exceptional results.
Throughout his extensive career, Ben has excelled in driving organizational growth, generating substantial revenue, and leading transformative change initiatives. His impressive track record is a testament to his ability to cultivate high-performance teams and create a vibrant organizational culture that harmonizes a commitment to excellence with a collaborative work environment. Presently, Ben plays a pivotal role on the governance team, spearheading innovation, operational modernization, and change management for his division.
In addition to his professional achievements, Ben is deeply passionate about leadership development and community service. In November 2021, he co-founded Bridge the Globe, a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing leaders and communities through both local and international outreach. His commitment to community extends to his role as a Board Member of the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce, a position he has held since March 2023.
