A seasoned executive leadership coach, professor, and author, Andy is the founder of The Comeback Brotherhood, a Christian men’s movement built on courage, community, and transparency. Through his work with The Comeback Brotherhood, he is focused on helping leaders, entrepreneurs, and ministry professionals transform setbacks into comebacks by embracing faith, resilience, and purpose. His message is clear: “If you’ve had a setback, God has a comeback.”

Andy’s diverse background includes:
Leadership & Ministry: 32 years in church and nonprofit leadership, serving as a senior pastor, church planter, men’s pastor, worship leader, and youth pastor in Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Canada.
Coaching & Consulting: Over 200 business owners, executives, and nonprofit leaders coached to increase influence, maximize potential, and accelerate growth.
Higher Education: Taught over 10,000 future leaders across 500+ university courses at Regent University, Liberty University, Evangel University, the University of Mobile, and elsewhere.

Andy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, is certified in multiple leadership and personality assessments (DISC, CliftonStrengths, Highlands), and is pursuing ICF coaching certification.
But behind the credentials is a man who lives what he teaches. Once a city boy, Andy now resides as the sixth generation on his family’s farm in Lower Alabama with his wife, Robin, his three married children, and 11 grandchildren who affectionately call him “Papa.”
