For over 25 years, Andy Traub has been a pioneer in the recruiting, retention, and employee development industry. His journey took a transformative turn after an early morning encounter with the Lord through Proverbs 31:8, which ignited his passion and mission. In 2012, Andy founded Traub & Associates, where he serves as President. He collaborates with organizations to advance their disability inclusion efforts, providing education and empowerment to hire and retain untapped talent for meaningful roles that yield tangible results.

Andy has earned international recognition as a leader and keynote speaker in disability employment, guiding others to discover their unique calling and mission. Throughout his career, he has developed and implemented disability talent acquisition, management, and retention strategies, impacting over 250 national and international employers, including AMC, Google, The University of Kansas Health System, Walgreens, Amazon, Starbucks, and more.

He was recognized by two White House administrations for his best practices in autism and disability employment. Additionally, the U.S. Embassy recruited him to share U.S. best practices in disability employment through keynotes in Europe. Andy is also the co-author of curriculum on global best practices in disability employment for the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation (SHRM).

Currently, Andy is authoring a book designed to help other professionals discern God’s calling for their lives. This ‘guidebook’ aims to assist readers in navigating their life’s purpose while understanding their role in the disability inclusion journey. It is not merely a book to read, but a resource to deeply engage with, fostering a profound understanding of God’s plan for them to live a life of fullness and purpose.
