Dr. Johnny Parker is passionate about helping leaders (at any stage) turn the page to the life and leadership they have always wanted. Through executive performance coaching, teaching at Johns Hopkins University, leadership consulting, and keynote presentations, he has a 25-year track record of helping CEOs, pro athletes, teams, and organizations to know, align, and master their “story” so they win at work and thrive in life.

He holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. A native New Yorker, Dr. Parker is married to his Jamaican Sensation (Dr. Lezlyn) and they have three sons – JP, Jordan, and Joel. Johnny resides outside Washington, D.C.
