Tony Richards is the President and Founder of the Tony Richards Leadership Academy, a nonprofit organization providing education and leadership development for people living on the autism spectrum. Tony is Co-founder of RT Global Solutions, an education and training organization designed to support global leadership. He served six years as the President/CEO of Impact Dakota, a manufacturing extension partnership program through the National Institute of Standards and Technology, based in Bismarck, North Dakota. He is an ordained minister and pastor working with ministries and organizations in America, Africa, India, Indonesia, Japan, Haiti, and Pakistan.

He is the author of four leadership development books, and a motivational keynote, workshop, retreat, and webinar speaker specializing on leadership, attitude, strategy planning, and board governance. Tony has worked with small organizations to Fortune 500 companies globally. He is also an adjunct professor teaching business and leadership.

Tony holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a master’s in management and a bachelors in anthropology. He serves on various ministry and nonprofit boards throughout the United States.
