Theresa Sheets has over 25 years of experience steering culture-shifting conversations around leadership, professional development and organizational change topics. Her qualifications include serving as learning and development manager and facilitation subject matter expert, along with advanced studies, research, and practice related to rising, emerging, and adept leaders. She is particularly skilled in:

• galvanizing stakeholders around a shared vision, generating consensus and making the most of training and development objectives
• motivating individuals, teams, and organizations to improve performance by facilitating engaging, fun, and interesting conversations on personal and corporate leadership topics
• leveling the playing field by equipping diverse, yet often overlooked, change-making organizations with knowledge and tools proven to make people and workplace teams highly effective and routinely successful

Most of all, Dr. Sheets is passionate about the fact that she is a child of God and able to bring what she has been created to do – help recognize and release the leader and unique purpose in us all to the most important organization on earth: the Body of Christ. She enjoys showing up to speak or deliver leadership training and coaching to churches and Christian organizations in much the same way she has helped enrich performance and outcomes in a range of sectors and industries, especially when she can displace company missions and values with the clear-cut Word of God!

Outside of her leadership training and coaching work Dr. Sheets enjoys being with her husband, Michael, who pastors Abundant Faith Baptist Church in Humble, Texas. They love to cook, host others, and travel together. Most of all they spend as much time as possible with their seven children (including a “bonus” daughter- and son-in-law), three grandchildren, and their parents, siblings, and all the other God-given and chosen family they can gather.
