Kelly L. Knowles is the training manager for a 650+-attorney law firm. She leads a team that develops and provides technical and business skill training to all levels of the organization. She also has a speaking, coaching, and consulting business called Kelly K Consulting where she focuses on helping individuals and teams discover, develop, and dig-in to their inner leadership.

Her specialties include certification in Color Code Personality Science, business skills and technology training, and custom professional skills (development) presentations and workshops. She is adept at conducting workshops and training for groups of all sizes.

Kelly is a published author who is passionate about adult learning, helping people realize and develop their potential, and enabling adult learners to improve their everyday effectiveness by maximizing their skills in an authentic way.

Kelly knows that when someone discovers their inner leadership, they will begin to maximize their life in a satisfying and authentic way.

Kelly has been featured on many faith-based podcasts as well as presented at Christian women’s retreats. Kelly’s book includes her faith bases and strong foundation in Christ above all.

Kelly earned her BBA and MBA from MTSU.
