About Francis Amato
Francis Amato is married to his wife Sheli of 5 years and has 5 grown children and 1 grandchild. Francis owns and operates a regional home building business by day and is a Pastoral Counselor outside of his normal business. He has a Masters in Theology: Biblical Studies from Liberty University and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Pastoral Counseling with an expected gradution in July of 2024. Francis’s dissertation is on Biblical Friendship for men and he will be launching a blog titled Discipleship Connections before the end of the year. He also retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 2 from the Ohio Army National Guard in 2013 with a little over 20 years service in the Navy/Army, with one combat deployment to Afghanistan in 2011-12. He has worked the last 28 years in the construction industry with the bulk of that being in residential specializing in new homes. Francis has been on 5 short term mission trips since 2017 and have 2 more planned for next year. He also serves his church in the 2×2 movement looking to help men grow spiritually and instill in them a Biblical worldview.
