Brett Myles has spent his life investing in people. Brett’s professional career has centered around coaching leaders to be better leaders and better people. He spent the last 16+ years in ministering to the next generation through para-church and local church ministry, and started his Leadership Development company, LeadWell, in 2023. Brett felt moved to step away from ministry to young people and invest in decision-makers, leaders, and teams in the marketplace.
